Distillers grains are by-products of the distillation process. Typically referring to barley by-products generated during brewing, distillers grains are a mixture of corn, rice, and other grains. Dingli Distillers Grains Dryer is a series of drying products produced by Dingli Company, designed to meet users' market demand for drying materials such as wheat bran, corn distillers grains, buckwheat distillers grains, baijiu distillers grains, and beer wheat bran. The equipment adopts Dingli independently developed drying technology, using high-temperature hot air for rapid drying, featuring short drying time, small temperature rise, large output, low energy consumption, excellent structure, and simple operation. The Dingli Distillers Grains Dryer can quickly dehydrate wet distillers grains with a moisture content of about 65% into dry products with a moisture content of about 10%. It is used in the production of high-protein feed and has achieved mechanization, automation, and industrialization of distillers grains drying.
Its working principle is that a 60-65% distillers grains screw conveyor feeds the material into a mixing cylinder dryer for downstream drying. The material is continuously lifted and dispersed below the flight plates, moving forward in a spiral manner. The built-in multi-layer flight plate structure ensures thorough mixing of the material. During the dispersion and throwing process, the material undergoes full heat exchange with hot air, causing moisture to evaporate and vaporize quickly. Material that has achieved the desired drying effect is rapidly discharged from the cylinder under the action of hot air, while wet material that has not reached the drying effect cannot move quickly due to its own weight. The dried material is discharged via the screw conveyor. An impact-type cleaning device is installed inside the cylinder to prevent material from adhering to the cylinder wall.
