The specific working principle is as follows: First, raw materials with high moisture content are fed into a dewatering machine. After the moisture content is reduced, they are transported by a screw conveyor into a dryer for co-current drying. Under the action of internal flip plates, the material is continuously lifted and dispersed, moving forward in a spiral manner. Through the three-layer structure of inner, middle, and outer layers, heat exchange between the material and the hot air medium is achieved. Material that has reached the desired drying effect moves faster and exits from the drum; wet material that is not completely dried moves slower due to its own weight, continuing to dry in the controlled path until it meets the standard, thereby achieving the overall drying effect.
