The mineral slag rotary dryer mainly consists of a hot air furnace, belt conveyor, rotary cylinder dryer, exhaust fan, cyclone dust collector, bag dust collector, and operation control system. After wet materials enter the drying cylinder, they are fed into the material guiding zone. The slag comes into contact with high-temperature hot air, causing moisture to evaporate rapidly. Under the action of large-inclination guide plates, the material is conveyed to the lifting plate zone. In this area, the slag is thrown up and dropped by lifting plates, forming a curtain-like state. The material makes full contact with the hot air, and the moisture in the slag evaporates rapidly and is removed as water vapor, thereby achieving the drying of the slag. After heat exchange in this area, the material reaches the desired moisture content and enters the final discharge zone. The material rolls within the area to the discharge port, completing the entire drying process.
