The Dingli Paper Pulp Sludge Papermaking Drying System is customized for each customer. The system may include feed-level conveyors, rotary dryers, combustion chambers with burners, secondary air blowers, ducts, cyclone separators or bag dust collectors, exhaust blowers, and control systems. Wet material is fed into the rotary dryer via the feed conveyor. The material then rotates inside the drum and passes through a stream of hot air, after which it is discharged from the dryer through a strike box upon completion of drying. The moisture content of the dried material can be determined within the customer's desired range. When the moisture content of the pulp sludge is reduced, the material can be sold for reuse or recycling, thereby avoiding landfill costs and bringing potential economic benefits to producers. Recycled pulp and paper waste can be used to manufacture a variety of products. Drying pulp and paper waste makes it easier to store, process, and transport.
