1. The operator should master the principle and performance of the special cyclone dust collector or bag filter for sawdust dryer, and then find reasonable adjustment and maintenance methods.
2. Check whether the fan blades of the cyclone dust collector are worn or deformed. The dust should be cleaned in time, and lubricating oil or butter should be injected to reduce the operating load and friction of the fan blades and extend the service life of parts.
3. According to the actual production situation, determine the maintenance and cleaning cycle, and make a record.
4. Open the inspection port on the top of the bag filter of the sawdust dryer, observe the dust deposition in each dust collection room, and pull out the bag in turn to clean the dust.
5. Observe the dust deposition in the ventilation duct of the dust collector, reasonably control the air volume, and regularly clean the dust to prevent the ventilation duct from being blocked and affecting the dust removal effect.
6. When the sawdust dryer is shut down, let the dust removal system (dust collector, fan) continue to work for a period of time (set according to the actual situation), and discharge all the internal dust and steam.
