The main configurations used in the straw drying production line include clean heat source equipment, straw dryer, dust collector, distribution cabinet, etc. It mainly uses the principle of thermal evaporation for drying and dehydration. The heat exchange between the heated air and the wet straw can be achieved in a downstream or countercurrent situation. The wet straw enters the feeding end of the straw dryer from the feeding bin through a belt dryer or a bucket elevator. Under the combined action of the spiral driving force, the guide plate and the material's own gravity, a uniform material curtain is formed through the copying plate. The heated air is fully in contact with the material curtain to achieve sufficient heat exchange. Finally, a dust removal device is introduced in the discharge area and discharged into the atmosphere after purification. Heat exchange is the most critical link of the straw dryer, which requires the joint action of multiple factors such as material curtain, hot air volume, wind speed, temperature, internal structure layout of the drying area and equipment throughput rate to improve heat utilization and ensure drying quality.
