The biomass rice husk dryer consists of a heating furnace, feed inlet, rotating drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharge outlet. The material is thoroughly dried in the rotating drum, then separated again before entering the conveying pipe for further drying. Baffles can block impurities outside the conveying pipe, ensuring the high quality of the dried material. Through the synergistic operation of the rotating drum and spray tube, the wet material is fluidized and fully contacted with the hot air flow. The biomass rice husk dryer is an important component of biomass fuel production equipment. By drying these agricultural wastes, they can be further pressed into pellets to produce combustible biomass fuel, which is of great significance for promoting economic development and environmental protection.
First, the material enters the inner layer of the rotating drum through the feeding device for downstream drying. In the inner layer, the material is continuously lifted and dispersed by the lifting plates to facilitate heat exchange; it then moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. In the middle layer, the material is repeatedly lifted, exhibiting a motion pattern of advancing two steps and retreating one step. The material in the middle layer can fully absorb the heat radiated by both the inner and middle drums, reaching the optimal drying state here. When the material reaches the other end of the middle layer, it falls into the outer layer. The dried material is quickly discharged from the drum under the action of hot air; the undried wet material, unable to be quickly discharged due to its own weight, continues to dry sufficiently within this rectangular flight plate, thus completing the entire drying process.
