The yeast dryer is mainly composed of a drying cylinder, frame, transmission system, scraper device, material limiter, immersion device, and steam path system. In addition, it is equipped with an electrical control cabinet and a smoke hood. Our yeast dryer products utilize heat conduction between hot steam and wet materials to achieve an indirect drying process. The drum is a hollow metal cylinder, and the drying cylinder is a metal hollow cylinder with an extremely smooth surface after processing on its outer surface. The rotating drying cylinder is driven by the drive device to rotate along the axis at an adjustable speed. The slurry is preheated in a preheating tank to about 50°C, then pumped into a feed tank. A uniform layer of slurry is coated on the outer surface of the rotating drying cylinder. The slurry is heated on the outer wall of the dryer, moisture vaporizes and is discharged by an exhaust fan. After the drying cylinder rotates one week, the material is dried, and the scraper on the outer wall of the drying cylinder scrapes out the flake material, which then falls into the discharge port for collection.
