The Dingli Sludge Drum Dryer is mainly composed of a hot air furnace, a material feeder, a conveyor belt, a rotating drum dryer, an outlet conveyor belt, an exhaust fan, a dust collector, an odor removal device, and an electrical control cabinet. The working principle of the sludge drying equipment is as follows: Wet sludge has high moisture content and is sticky. Before the drying process, it first enters a three-roll belt dewatering machine to reduce the sludge moisture content. It then enters the rotating drum dryer for drying, where the wet sludge enters the tumbling dryer and undergoes full heat exchange with hot air. During this process, the material is repeatedly broken down into particles of the required size by the customer, further reducing the moisture content to meet the required moisture level, preparing for discharge. The material rolls and slides to the discharge port to complete the entire drying process.
