The entire machine of the Dingli plastic pallet press consists of a hydraulic system, an electrical system, a mold part, and a structural frame part. The hydraulic system provides sufficient hydraulic power for the plastic pallet press to produce plastic pallets, and the electrical system controls the operation of the entire machine. The mold is the core component of the pallet compression molding machine. Melted plastic cools and is held under pressure in the mold, eventually forming a molded plastic pallet. After molding, the plastic pallet can be removed by a robotic arm and stacked, achieving automated production.
The Dingle Efficient Fully Automatic Plastic Pallet Press Forming Production Line is mainly composed of the following parts:
1.Raw Material Processing System: Including raw material conveying, crushing, drying equipment, used for pre-processing raw plastic materials to meet production requirements.
2.Plasticizing System: The pre-processed raw materials are heated and plasticized through an extruder, melting them to facilitate subsequent forming.
3.Forming System: High-precision molds and efficient presses are adopted to press the plasticized plastic into pallets of the desired shape.
4.Cooling System: The formed pallets are cooled to ensure their dimensional stability and physical properties.
5.Ejection and Packaging System:The cooled pallets are ejected by robotic arms or automated equipment, then packaged and stored in inventory.
