The working principle of coconut fiber dryer

The coconut shell fiber dryer mainly consists of a hot air furnace, feeding conveyor, rotary dryer, discharge conveyor, and dust collector. After sorting, the coconut shell fibers enter the dryer and are thoroughly agitated by the tooth-shaped stirring device uniformly distributed inside the cylinder. The material is evenly dispersed and fully contacted with hot air, enabling rapid heat exchange and mass transfer. After drying, the material is discharged from the cylinder outlet. Our dryer takes into full account the characteristics of coconut shell fibers being flammable, prone to clumping, and wrapped with bran residues, and adopts a series of unique technologies and processes to address these issues, ensuring good drying effect and cleanliness of the coconut shell fibers.
