They can also dry food materials such as rice flour, oat flakes, starch, and potato flour into sheet, powder, block, and granular forms.
Dingli scraper drum dryer is an internally heated conductive rotating continuous drying equipment. The rotating drum adheres a certain thickness of material film through the material trough below it. Heat is transmitted from the pipelines to the inner wall of the drum, then to the outer wall of the drum, and subsequently to the material film, causing the moisture in the material film to evaporate and dehydrate, thereby drying the wet material. After drying, the material is scraped off the drum by scrapers installed on the drum surface and then enters the screw conveyor below the scraper. The dried material is concentrated and packaged through the screw conveyor. Liquid or paste-like materials form a film on the surface of the drum heated by steam or other heat carriers. The drying process is completed with each rotation of the drum. After the scraper removes the dried product, the exposed drum surface comes into contact with the raw material again to form a new film, which is then dried again and scraped off.
