The specific workflow is as follows: first, the raw materials are sent into a dewatering machine to reduce moisture, then conveyed by a screw conveyor into a dryer for co-current drying. Under the action of internal flipping plates, the material is continuously lifted and dispersed, moving forward in a spiral manner. The material undergoes heat exchange with hot air medium through three layers. Material that has achieved the desired drying effect moves faster and exits from the drum; wet material that is not fully dried moves slower due to its own weight, continuing to dry in the controlled path until it meets the standard, thereby achieving overall drying effectiveness. After the entire drying process is completed, the material is discharged by the screw conveyor, with the final moisture content reduced to the level required by the buyer. Special devices are installed inside the dryer to prevent uneven drying of the material.
