The coal dryer uses a special dispersion device to break up sticky coal slurry and dry it, increasing the contact area between the coal slurry and hot air, thus significantly improving thermal utilization efficiency.
The coal rotary dryer is mainly composed of a hot air furnace, a belt feeder, a rotary dryer, a belt discharge, an exhaust fan, a cyclone dust collector, a bag filter, and an operating control system. This equipment is used for downstream drying processes, and its working principle is as follows: 1. Feeding Zone: After coal enters this area, it quickly exchanges heat with high-temperature hot air, causing moisture to evaporate rapidly. Under the action of large-angle guide plates, the material is conveyed to the next working zone. 2. Flipping Plate Zone: In this area, coal forms a material curtain through flipping plates, ensuring good contact between the material and hot air. Moisture in the coal quickly evaporates into water vapor, which is sucked away by the exhaust fan, thereby achieving coal drying. The moisture content of coal in this area is reduced to 15% or lower. After heat exchange, it meets the required moisture content and is then discharged. 3. Discharging Zone: No flipping plate rollers are set in this area. The material is spirally conveyed to the discharge port in this area, thus completing the entire drying process.
