The specific process is as follows: the material to be dried enters the rotating drum dryer. As the dryer rotates, the material is lifted by a series of internal baffles on the inner wall. When the material is lifted to a sufficient height, it slides off the baffles and falls back to the bottom of the rotating drum dryer. During the falling process, it passes through the hot airflow, thereby undergoing drying.During the drying process, it should be noted that the rotating drum dryer should be slightly inclined, with the discharge end lower than the feed end, so that the material can pass through the rotating drum dryer under the action of gravity.
