The sludge dryer mainly consists of components such as a hot blast stove, a belt conveyor, a drum dryer, a belt discharge machine, and a dust collector. The sludge passes through a dewatering machine before entering the drum dryer. After entering the drum, as the drum rotates, the sludge is guided onto the inclined lifting plate and then lifted to the top of the drum, gradually descending to form a material curtain. High temperature airflow passes through it, preheating the sludge and evaporating some moisture. When the sludge falls and moves to the grate wings, the material mixes with the preheated grate wings, transferring heat to the material and causing some moisture to evaporate.At the same time, the material carried by the wing plate is lifted and sprayed multiple times, and the material exchanges heat with the hot air flow. The cleaning device removes materials attached to the inner and outer walls of the lifting plate, and as the drum continues to rotate, the sludge is further dried. The cleaning device disperses the sludge particles and improves the drying speed. After drying, the sludge becomes loose material with low moisture content and is discharged from the discharge outlet.
