The working principle of a coconut residue dryer is that coconut residue is transported by a belt conveyor into a drum for synchronous drying. The wet material is lifted up and down by the scraper inside the drum and spirals through the three-layer cylinder, achieving sufficient heat exchange between the cold material and the hot air. Dry materials quickly pass through the drum under the action of airflow. The wet material will gradually fall and dry thoroughly to a moisture content of 5% to 15%. Finally, the dried coconut residue is sent out of the system by a screw conveyor. There is a vibration cleaning device inside the drum to prevent adhesion between the material and the drum surface.
