The coconut fiber dryer mainly consists of a hot air stove, a feed conveyor, a rotary drum dryer, a discharge conveyor,and a dust collector.After sorting,the coconut fiber enters the dryer and is stirred by the evenly distributed teeth stirring device in the drum. The material is evenly dispersed and fully contacted with hot air, quickly transferring heat, mass, and drying, and is discharged from the drum outlet. In the design of the plan, full consideration was given to the characteristics of coconut fiber being flammable, prone to clumping, and wrapped in bran residue. A series of unique technologies and processes were adopted to solve this problem, ensuring good drying effect and cleanliness of coconut fiber.
