Moisture content of straw: If the moisture content of the straw is larger, it will require more heat and longer time to dry, which will reduce the drying speed of the straw and thus affect the production output of the straw dryer equipment.
Particle size of straw: If the particle size of straw is larger, the moisture content per unit area will be higher and the drying time will be longer, which will affect the drying efficiency of the equipment. Some manufacturers will install dispersion devices and lifting plates inside the equipment to increase the contact area between straw and hot air, thereby accelerating the evaporation of moisture and improving drying efficiency.
Equipment specifications: Straw dryers of different specifications and models have different working efficiencies. The larger the specifications and models, the stronger the one-time processing capacity, and the smaller the specifications and models, the lower the processing capacity. Therefore, when users choose equipment, they should choose based on their actual processing capabilities.
Moisture content of drying materials: If the moisture content of the materials exceeds the specified value of the equipment, a large amount of heat energy will be consumed during the drying process, the drying time will be prolonged, and even the quality of the finished product of the dried materials will be affected. Therefore, before drying, the material needs to be dehydrated to control its moisture content within the specified range of the equipment.
Drying temperature, air volume and wind speed: If the heat energy, air volume and wind speed inside the cylinder of the equipment cannot meet the requirements for material drying, the production efficiency of the equipment will inevitably be affected.
Feed speed: If the feed speed is too fast or the material entering the barrel at one time exceeds the load of the equipment, it will cause a mismatch between the material and the heat energy, resulting in a decrease in equipment output.
Equipment failure: If the equipment fails and the operator cannot solve it in time, the production efficiency of the equipment will be reduced.
